Customizing Your Motorcycle
December 1, 2008 on 10:03 pm | In Family | Comments OffHave I ever told you that my sister and her husband ride motorcycles? They’ve been riding for a number of years now and they both have their own bike. My brother-in-law got his first and my sister rode with him for a while, but she didn’t like the feeling of not having control. So, next thing we knew, she was getting her own bike.
Since originally purchasing their bikes, they’ve done quite a bit of custom work with them. They are fortunate because my sister works for a bike dealer and gets a nice discount on all the parts and accessories they buy for themselves. While neither of them has the honda shadow 750, they definitely have a pair of beautiful hogs!
A Great Prize From Table For Five and Lands’ End
December 1, 2008 on 3:21 pm | In Some of This Some of That | 7 CommentsThis is NOT a sponsored post, but I just have to talk about this. I wrote about this on my other blog, but I’m so excited that I wanted to post it here too.
I while back I entered a contest hosted by Elizabeth at Table For Five and guess what? I WON!
In this lovely blue package was my prize and it was waiting for me on my doorstep when I returned from our trip to California and I couldn’t be happier. I was so excited that I ripped it open as fast as I could and found the most wonderful fleece jacket inside from Land’s End. To be more specific, it’s the Women’s Regular ThermaCheck® 100 Fleece Half-zip Pullover. It’s so light weight and yet so warm! I will be wearing this to my daughter’s softball tournament this weekend and may never take it off, it is so soft.
Be sure to visit Table for Five as there are contests being held on a fairly regular basis with great prizes!
