Pet Peeve – Inconsiderate Drivers

I ran across this both this morning, going to work, and this afternoon, driving home.  Drivers who are inconsiderate.

Why is it that people drive on the interstate or other highways, with speed limits of 60 mph or greater, and they choose to drive in the inside (left) lane doing less than the speed limit?  There were numerous offenders today and it drove me nuts.  Several times, no one could go around them because the other lanes were going as slow.  These people were causing travel back ups and creating dangerous situations.

The worst today was when I was leaving one highway, connecting to another on a one lane bypass bridge.  I came over the top and had to hit the brakes because there was a beat up old ice cream truck with its emergency flashers on who decided to drive onto the highway, even though he was obviously having problems.  He created a line up of cars about 15 deep behind him.
