Well, it’s certainly no surprise that Sports Illustrated has all ready had its photo shoot with the Michael Phelps. Phelps is the first athlete ever to win 8 gold medals in a single Olympics. He really is a true star and a true athlete. He has dedicated his life to his sport and has found success that will more than likely never be repeated.

If it isn´t the great Michael Phelps! Guys like him have to be celebrated. They stimulate millions of youngsters to play sports and to work hard at what they value. Great post.

He now owns 14 Olympic gold medals better than any one. A true athlete and a great Olympian.

I love the way Sports Illustrated arranged that cover to emphasize Phelps’ height! Superb achievement by the man, and his records are going to be tough to break. I came to this page and first thought he was wearing some kind of strange item of sportswear. All those medals around his neck must weight a fair bit.
