I hate it when I read about things like this. Why do people act so carelessly? Especially when all they had to do was put the cover on.

I hope the government takes action also. This was not a natural act, this was a man made disaster that could have easily been avoided.

I agree, this was a senseless act of neglect in my opinion. It made the National headlines yesterday, but I haven’t heard anything more about it so far today.

Wow. I hope enough people hear about this to force the company/the driver/everyone else to do something and make sure it never happens again. This is so sad.
