I was just tagged for this meme by my cyber friend Tammie at tammiebeagle.com and I’ve decided to do this one because it’s that time of year when we tend to look back over things that we’ve been doing which this meme is all about. It may be a little bit difficult on this site because it is relatively new, so I may have to link to a couple of posts on my other site, let’s see how I do.

Here are the rules for this meme:

1) Go back through your archives and post links to five favorite blog posts that you’ve written. But there is a catch:
a) Link 1 must be about family.
b) Link 2 must be about friends.
c) Link 3 must be about yourself, who you are… what you’re all about.
d) Link 4 must be about something you love.
e) Link 5 can be about anything you choose.

2) Post your five links, and then tag five other people. At least TWO of the people you tag must be newer acquaintances so that you get to know each other better.

Link 1, something about family. Daughter’s Gift, a post I wrote that includes a video of the happiness my daughter got from her big Christmas gift last month. She’s still just as excited about it which make me feel so good about making sure Santa delivered it.

Link 2, something about friends. This one is a post on my other site, but it shows just how small our world is. I received a beautiful gift from another cyber friend Fatiah and I think it epitomizes the wonderful world of blogging.

Link 3, something about myself. Okay, that’s pretty easy, it would have to be my about page. I’ve tried hard to give a fairly good description of who I am (without getting overly personal).

Link 4, about something I love. That covers an awfully wide range, but I would have to put daughter above all else. This isn’t a big post, but a proud moment indeed.

Link 5, anything I choose. I’m going with Puppy’s First Christmas because our puppy is such a big part of our lives now. I really need to post more puppy pictures here!

Now for the tagging. I have to tag two more recent acquaintances, so I think I will tag Laura of Laura William’s Musings who is an excellent source of contest information. I will also tag Val at I know EVERYTHING, just ask my Hubby who is such a great blogger and a huge help to those of us trying to learn.
I would also like to tag Elizabeth although I’m sure she’s very busy getting her blog on and taking care of her kids. Let’s add Karen who is busy Winding Threads and running her business, and finally, I will tag someone that, while she’s Just Not Martha she has a great blog that’s a great read.
