Christmas Lights

I read a post earlier today about LED Christmas lights and Elizabeth, the author of that post, asked me if I had posted any pictures of my outdoor lights. I haven’t, although I did have some pictures on my camera, so I decided to post them here for all to see.

My daughter took these shots the other night. They’re not the best, but I think they’re not bad for our little digital camera! We have LED lights on the railings and the smaller bushes. This is our first Christmas in this house so we don’t have a lot of lights yet.  We’re going to be adding more lights over the next few years. As it was, we spent a couple hundred dollars this year, just on lights!

  3. Your lights are lovely! It’s so nice seeing other people using colored lights, too. I’m pretty sick of the colorless look. The holidays are supposed to be cheery, after all.

  4. I agree Kate, the clear lights remind me of a business district. I’ve always loved the colored lights and that’s about all we use. Thankfully, my husband feels the same way. :-D
